South Korea is expected to make an announcement in the coming days regarding joint military exercises with the United States
A South Korean official said military personnel are considering temporarily halting additional joint exercises with the U.S., which may include the upcoming drill scheduled for August, according to a statement released Friday.
this comes after president trump signed a joint agreement with North Korea to begin a pathway towards total denuclearization, which included a halt to the military drills with Seoul.
